We are TERC, a non-profit made up of teams of forward-thinking math and science education and research experts. For more than 50 years, we have strived to revitalize classrooms and education, spark a love of learning, awaken curiosity, and re-envision how people experience STEM. We’re passionate about creating level playing fields to ensure everyone has equal opportunity to learn.
TERC reaches more than three million students each year, but with increased competition for government funding, we must turn to donors like you. Your donations will go to a wide range of pioneering programs including Signing Math & Science Dictionaries for the deaf and hard of hearing, The Inquiry Project that helps students see the world through the eyes of scientists, the Adult Numeracy Center that teaches adult learners valuable math skills that can improve their lives and propel their careers, and more.
