And one of the most recurring costs is gas … [which] gets more expensive. And every year, the car breaks down further. It’s an increasing problem … To be poor is more expensive than to be rich. ’Cause I can’t just buy a home close to the university. I can’t just live off of my family. I have to work every day. I have to drive hours. And it’s taxing … in terms of my own [money and] time, my own stress, my own ability to just exist … I spend about ten hours a week just getting from place-to-place driving. It’s an insane cost.
