Author's StatementWe were stuck in traffic, and I was sitting there thinking, “Am I really doing the right thing, the right career field?” And I started questioning myself … “How did I end up in California going to a leadership conference?” … That yea or nay. And then, I saw the picture because I was sitting there, and I was thinking … “This is good, what I’m doing.” But also, my self-doubt is showing the red taillights, like “Whoa, you need to stop, it’s not the right thing.” It kind of caught my mind. … That’s one of my barriers, is all the good things that I’m doing, with the yellow light [is] the good stuff. The red light also tails my self-doubt, that little thing that I’m still fighting today within myself [that] I’m still fighting.
