Building off the successful pilot of a year-long adult numeracy professional development model for practitioners (Adult Numeracy Instruction – PD) created by the University of Tennessee, MPR Associates, Rutgers University, and TERC, TERC is partnering with The U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Vocational and Adult Education (OVAE) to pilot a revised version of the PD program nationwide. Currently TERC’s Adult Numeracy Center is leading trainings in CT, IN, WI; mentoring a cadre of national trainers; and documenting various ANI processes.
